Do you know what values the region of Someș Valley holds?

A less known part of our built heritage, hiding valuable castles, manor houses, and fortresses. These buildings are presented in our recently published work titled “Manor Houses and Castles on the Șomeș Valley”. The publication recounts the splendour, decline, and in some cases the revival of these buildings, providing positive examples that emphasise the importance and present the possibilities of using our built heritage. We highlight chronologically the most significant events in the history of 14 buildings and share numerous interesting and memorable pieces of information with the reader.

 The trilingual publication, illustrated with photographs, is a valuable read not only for those with a specific professional interest but also for a broader readership.
